Profile
Jinny Alexander was first published in Horse and Pony magazine at the age of ten.
She’s striving to achieve equal accolade now she’s (allegedly) a grown up.
She has had some publishing success with short story and flash competitions and secured a publishing deal in December 2020 for her first three novels.
Publishing credits include MsLexia Magazine, Writing Magazine, Flash 500, Bath Flash Fiction Awards, Writer’s Playground, and others.
Jinny has an MA in Creative Writing and teaches English as a foreign language to people all over the world.
Her home for now is in rural Ireland, in a village uncannily like the fictional village of Ballyfortnum which is featured in her Jess O’Malley Mystery series, only with fewer murders.
