Anne Tannam is an award-winning Irish poet, spoken word performer and professional certified coach from Dublin. A former Poetry Ireland Poet in Residence, her collections with Salmon Poetry include Take This Life, Twenty-six Letters of a New Alphabet and dismantle. Her work explores love, loss, womanhood, creativity and everyday human experience.

Clare O’Reilly is a Kildare-based writer originally from Tyrrellspass, County Westmeath. An accomplished poet and short story writer, she has won several major literary awards, including the Poetry Ireland/Trócaire Unpublished Poet Competition and the Jonathan Swift Poetry Awards. Her work has appeared in Poetry Ireland Review, Skylight 47 and on RTÉ Radio 1.

Tess McKevitt is a multi-published poet from Mullingar, County Westmeath. Her debut collection, A Note in Passing, introduced a reflective, lyrical voice shaped by nature, memory, hope and human connection. Drawing inspiration from Ireland’s people, places and folklore, Tess writes with warmth, sensitivity and emotional depth.

At the Festival

Her Words brings together poets Anne Tannam, Clare O’Reilly and Tess McKevitt for a powerful and intimate poetry event celebrating women’s voices, creativity and lived experience.

Through readings of their own work, the three poets will share poems shaped by memory, love, loss, nature, identity and emotional truth.
