At the Festival

Based on Halyna Budilova’s A Very Very Angry Book, this playful and thoughtful workshop helps children explore anger in a safe, creative and supportive setting.

Beginning with a story video narrated by Halyna, children will discover that anger is a normal emotion, while learning positive ways to understand and express it.

Through mask-making, group activities and gentle discussion, participants will create their own Angry Mask and help build a Calm Corner, exploring what makes them feel safe and peaceful.

This workshop encourages emotional literacy, empathy and creativity, with the reassuring message that calm can always be found again.

Places are limited. Please book to avoid disappointment.
