About this Workshop...

Do you have a story, idea, memoir, or manuscript waiting to become a book? Anthony Viney’s self-publishing workshop is designed to help aspiring authors understand the practical steps involved in bringing their work from first draft to finished publication.

Drawing on his own experience in publishing, Anthony will guide participants through the key stages of the self-publishing journey, including preparing your manuscript, understanding the publishing process, managing costs, and exploring ways to promote your finished book.

The workshop will also look at the role of marketing and social media, offering clear and accessible advice on how authors can reach readers and build awareness around their work.

With practical exercises, audience participation, and plenty of encouragement, this inviting session is ideal for anyone who believes there may be a book in them and would like guidance on how to bring it into the world.
