Victoria Mary Clarke
Victoria Mary Clarke is an Irish journalist and author known for her distinctive voice across British and Irish media. She has written for numerous publications and authored two books: A Drink with Shane MacGowan (2001) and Angel in Disguise? (2007). A regular presence on RTÉ shows, including The Late Late Show, she was married to Shane MacGowan of The Pogues from 2018 until his death in 2023, following a relationship that began when she was 16. Clarke continues to engage audiences with her insight, humour, and resilience.
